As far as percentages, it is common knowledge that 100 is the full amount. Half of 100 is 50.
62 is not all but 50.
Therefore, 62 is not almost 50(half of 100).
That being said, 62 percent is
NOT almost half.

That had to be fixed because 62 is almost half of 125 if you are only looking at numbers and not percentages.
