Something that whitelynx just asked me about was a FavIcon. So I figured I'd put it to you all. Anyone mind making us one? They're 16x16 icons, which show up on the left hand side of the address bar in firefox and IE. They are also the icons next to the bookmarks for the site. We could use icons for:

1) GNE Corporate Site
2) Precursors Site
3) Games site (not up yet)
4) Store Site (not up yet)
5) Forums (not up yet... oh, wait ;) :P)

That should do it... Make a bunch, and we'll pick some.

Those are pretty sweet, although I'd suggest doing something on a white/transparent background simply so it seems to mesh into the environment.

The black does work, imho. However the GNE logo one, and a few of the others are *really* hard to see what they are.. maybe clean them up, and simplify them a bit?

Ok, I will try to get some of that done today.  But, for reference, the first one is the GNE logo, the second is "GNE" written from the bottom-left to the upper-right diagonally, the 3rd one is the league symbol, the 4th one is the Precursors' "P" with a black and gray background, and the fifth one is the terran symbol on a black background.  Yea, I will make transparent background versions of them too for Caenus and I will try to neaten them up.

I think I actually liked the first version of the GNE one (the second icon) a bit better... it was brighter. How did you make these... scaled-down bitmaps, or svg's, or what? If you still have the sources for these around, is there a way you could try getting a slightly less stretched version of the 3XE logo icon? (the first one) Also, is there a way you can post them as PNG's? the JPG files tend to look really grainy, especially for small images.
