What did Santa bring?
« on: December 25, 2005, 12:01:58 am »
Heh, I celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve, so I've already had a visit from Santa.  This is the place to tell us what you got!  No jealousy.  No showing off (bragging).  Just tell us what you got.

I have received:

The Essential Su Doku

Blink by Ted Dekker

A Star Wars Poster Calendar (I love my fiancee!)

Rubik's Professor Cube (yes I can solve the 3x3 and the 4x4)

A LEATHER briefcase with smart strap for my laptop.

I also got a leather bound, gold leaf BEAUTIFUL copy of The Iliad and The Odyssey (my sister rules!)
Merciful Father, I have squandered my days with plans of many things. This was not among them. But at this moment, I beg only to live the next few minutes well. For all we ought to have thought, and have not thought; all we ought to have said, and have not said; all we ought to have done, and have not done; I pray thee God for forgiveness.

Cool.

I solved that professor cube by the way.  Only took me two hours.

Showoff...

Seriously, though - you'll definitely have to show us this at the next lan party.

I intend to.  I lined up all three of my cubes (3x3, 4x4, and 5x5) had them mixed up, and solved all three of them in under 30 minutes.  That 5x5 takes a while.

You're just jealous.

I'll teach you how to do the 3x3.

Nice.  I'm a European mutt with a little Cherokee.  I can trace my lineage to about 11 different ethnicities.

He will grow up to live off of money from people watching him figure out a rubix cube. Then die a lonely man.
