Need to fix the forums link on the main website

Currently, the Forums link at the top of the website doesn't point to the right place. Additionally, it takes users to the starting page (which we need to update some).

It seems like this has been fixed, but nobody ever replied to the post... at this point, this topic should probably be dumped.

I locked it. Should be good enough. Oh! That reminds me.. I need to do up some new icons for Locked, Stickied, and Hot. I should get on that.

Actually you need to get around to figuring out what new design you want purplehoodie to do for your forum.  ;D
