Forum Rules! Read First, or your posts will be deleted!

So you want to post your character, huh? Well, there's some rules that are in place to make sure that everything stays readable and interesting for the rest of us.

Rules:
1) All post must be spell checked! If you know you're not a good typist (myself included) please, spell check things. If your post is filled with very blatant, obvious spelling mistakes, you will be warned, and the moderator is allowed to either fix your mistakes, or lock the thread, and make you come fix them. Failure to do so will result in a deleted post.

2) Characters must be a part of the Precursors Universe. You may use characters that you only plan on playing in the game, but belonging to a different universe, but they can't have magic abilities, or be Jedi, or anything. Take those characters, and fit them to this universe, please. (You may want to read up on Focus, however, you'll need to clear a Focus using character with ME... as they are RARE.)

3) Do not post non Character related posts! While you may post stories about your characters, do not post them here. We have a Short Story board for a reason. If you are posting a story about you character, you must do the following:
 • Post in the format: [CharacterName:] Story Title
 • Include a link to your previously posted Character(s).Please include a link to all characters in the story
 • Post it in the correct forum. Remember, it belongs in the Short Story forum.
 • Post a link in the Character Page with a link to the short story.

4) Character posts must be properly formatted. The format is as follows:
--------------------------------
Code: [Select]
Example Mac Character
by Christopher S. Case

<style type="text/css">
  * {font-family: arial; font-size: 10pt;}
  body {color: #aaa; background-color: #000;}
  a img {text-decoration: none; border: none;}
  div {margin-bottom: 5px;}
</style>

<div style="width: 95%; border: 1px solid #444; background: #111; padding: 5px;">
<a style = "float: left; border: 1px solid #444; padding: none;" href="http://example.com/images/fullimage.png">
<img style="width: 250px; height: 550px;" src="http://www.g33xnexus.com/noimgbio_sm.png"/>
</a>
<div style = "margin-left: 5px; border: 1px solid #444; background: #222; height: 546px; padding: 2px; padding-left: 4px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: auto;">
<table>

<tr><td><b>Weight:</b></td><td>&nbsp;</td><td>155 lbs</td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Eye Color:</b></td><td>&nbsp;</td><td>Blue</td></tr>

<tr><td><b>Affiliation:</b></td><td>&nbsp;</td><td>Faction B (Rank1)</td></tr>
</table><br/>
<b>Personality:</b><br/><br/>
<b>Quirks:</b><br/><br/>
<b>Focus:</b> <br/><br/>
<b>History:</b> <br/><br/>
</div>
</div>
Featured in:
...Pending...

A good example is here.

Note: this format is not flexible, with the exception of excluding Focus for non focus users, and the addition of categories. Also, all images must be 250 wide by 550 tall. If you do not have an image, then please use this one: http://www.g33xnexus.com/noimgbio_sm.png

Please be respectful of each other's characters, and feel free to comment on them, or even start dialogs.

Thanks,

--Chris
