Calvin struts over the goal with the calvin ball scoring triple points for coolness factor. Hobbes must wear 3 inch thick bottlecap lenses to emphasize the coolness factor.

Poetry / What is the question?
« on: July 20, 2008, 07:03:02 pm »
To be, or not to be. That is the question.
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.
Or to take arms agaisnt a sea of troubles,
and by opposing end them. To die, to sleep,
no more. And by sleep we mean to end the
heartace and the thousand natural shocks
that flesh is heir to. 'Tis a connsumation
devoutley to be wished. To die, to sleep,
to sleep perchance to deam. Aye, there's
the rub. for in that sleep of death what
deams may come, when we have shuffled
off this mortal coil, must give us pause.

( as best I can remember it hope it's accurate )

(Putting out a request that someone hunt down
the poem "Annabell lee" and post it. Not sure
if that's spelled right though.)

:calvin: Calvin takes hold of the Polo Mallet of Justice and knocks the ball out of hobbes' grip. earning 3 points via mallet interception rule 14, paragraph 6, word 5. Hobbes must now travel through time setting right what once went wrong and every leap hoping it's the leap home. Calvin grabs the ball and darts to the tree of infamy.

Okay here's one for ya. Went out for a smoke during work. While out on the smoke patio a girl asked me for a lighter, well after searching all my pockets for it, I realize it's sitting on the table right in front of me. ( it gets better)
After handing it to her it took her a full 10 seconds to realize how to open it. And she proceeded to ask how to light it. (Is a jet lighter with a nice big button on it.)   :math:

You did, but it was so heartless you are now shunned by all in the G33xnexus forums.

I wish it would rain when I'm NOT working.

Poetry / War
« on: July 13, 2008, 10:03:56 pm »
(the following is in memory of all the pirates lost in the war between the Lords of Fear and the Children of Fear. A war that could have been avoided by the simple changing of a clan tag. chronicled by Zachary Tobal, Captian of the Guardian Angel.)

There came a rich deposit,
  of minerals to be sold.
These minerals sold for much,
  much much more than gold.
The rescourcers went and got them.
  against what they'd been told.
With minerals they filled up,
  their precious cargo holds.
WHAT THE!
The cruisers came quite quickly,
  resourcers didn't stand a chance.
The few left from the first wave,
  took up a fighting stance.
Though they all fought bravely,
  merely prolonging their demise.
The last were soon wiped out,
 to nobody's surprise.
Their ship hulls split,
  and cargo holds lost.
How many more ships,
  would this dreaded war cost.

It's not, I just found the username and remembered the password. besides if it were that's be alot of posts to guess from. And the reason I don't really consider myself a GoRC, well I don't really see how I can be called a GoRC if I don't even know if they still exist.  :psyduck:

Still one of my personal favorites. (maybe because I came up with it) "To be forgotten is my past, to wander is my future, and servitude is my peril. ~Zachary Tobal  (you'd have to know the character to fully understand it but it still works without the back ground)

What do you know. Looking through some old postings I found my username and password. Back in business and still got my siggy

(Gotta be edison.) "A Chinese wiseman one said the greatest puzzles in life are found in life itself. I however believe the greatest puzzles in life are found on the back of cereal boxes."  :o

You get a Semi-new holodeck after a starship crashes into your car. But unfortunately it has a few glitches and now Evil Lincoln is trying to kill you!  ::)

I wish kids weren't so damn annoying.

You have no homework for one day. Because you got hit by a truck and went into a coma. Unfortunately as soon as you awoke from your coma you find you have 4 fractured ribs, a concussion, a collapsed lung and a fork in your left buttcheek for some reason. And now you have twice as much homework to do as you sit in your hospitol bed.

I wish it would rain more often in Texas.
