1 Docking Station At Front Of The Prometheus Contained By Bridge Area and Bottom Living Quarters.

12 Missile Silos Contained From Ship To Avoid Detination And Give Clear Fire
10 Medium Twin Cannons 4 Located At Front Of Ship
6 Large Twin Cannons 2 Located At Front 4 Located At Docking Bays
12 Midium - Light Auto-Turrets Located Near Docking Bays

12 SubSpace - Ion Engines Located Around Midship

Changes:

Fully Covered Rear Dry Dock

4 Mini Auto-Turret Perimiter Around Bridge
2 Auto-Turrets Above Bridge

12 Auto-Turrets Near Dry Dock Moved To Center Of The Prometheus

I also noted that the station is supposed to have an open feel and yet be armed to the teeth... I think that rather instead of windows viewing screens would be a better option if you want to keep the ship intact through a battle. The new dry dock can contain said preferences.

I'm really liking that. Only... I don't think it's got large enough ion engines. I really would turn those two rear bays into giant ion engines. This is looking nice.
