As you can see, I got bored.

Everyone decided it was time their Social Life blossomed. Everyone but me.
(Actually, I just got home from Game night with the buddies.)

Out watching "Berlin is in Germany."

I got really bored last night.
That's the only reason this was posted.
-
I have a terrible hangover :(
-
that sucks... :(
-
Yupp, do not drink kiddies!
-
there's nothing wrong with drinking.
You get a hangover the next day and you're fine the day after that.

Watered down gatorade/powerade, a banana maybe, and some advil. You'll be good to go.
-
water is usually enough.
I'll remember the banana and advil if I ever need it though.

You also need the electrolytes that you'd find in gatorade and powerade. The downside is that they typically have too much sugar in them that your water is used to breakdown the sugar. Hence watering them down, that way you hydrate yourself but also get the necessary electrolytes.
Bananas have potassium in them, one of the necessary electrolytes that your body needs and usually finds in short supply after a hard night of drinking.
Advil is just to kick the headache and the general aches and pains.

I refuse to drink Gatorade or Powerade, even when working out

Ok. I mean, yeah, water's fine and all. If you like that then go ahead and enjoy. Just don't forget to find some way to put back in the salts that you've lost when you sweat. Whatever works for you, I guess. Same goes for hangovers.
-
You realize a glass of milk, a banana, advil, and lots of water will do it, right?
The two necessary electrolytes that you tend to lose are those involved in muscular contraction, namely potassium and calcium.
-
That's the first time I have heard milk mentioned for this.
About the powerade thing, there is almost always powerade at my house.

I'm pretty sure it's too late for that for him, and most of the other underaged people on here.
