Now, can you create an interesting insult or do you have to use the same overused lines time and time again? Or is a thesaurus or a dictionary or even a hint of creativity too hard for you?

Yes, none of us took sex ed or know anything about giving birth.

Or are you referring to cramps? Those are your uterus squeezing out the lining that has been built up, so technically those are contractions as well, from the muscles on the outside of your uterus.
