I've been aware of this for a while. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure if it comes to it, we've got prior art. (So, no name battles.) And besides, this company's pretty shitty anyway. I doubt the game's much more than hype.

Like he said, it's a rehash of Elite.  I doubt it'll go anywhere.  And if it does, we can battle for name ownership.
