Morgul:
Hold on a sec. Keep in mind, there's a WAR going on. People will be killing each other, and will be fighting quite a bit. What I'm talking about is illegally killing someone. Also, you could be a pirate, and on the run from the law anyway. The NPC bountyhunter thing is to prevent people form randomly killing news. There will areas that are more protected than others. If a newb goes into a non protected area, and gets killed... eh. Not high on my "things I care about" list. He should learn better.
